Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Marc Penaloza was very professional and kind. Door is fixed, keys work. All is good. Thank you. Someone from your company is often at this location. Today was the first time I had the experience of meeting one of your employees. The pleasure was mine.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called in and spoke to Rudy about getting an estimate for my front door that wasn’t closing all the way. I let him know that I had already received an estimate with another company and that I was looking for a better price. He only asked me a couple questions and was able to beat the price and offer immediate service within an hour. His team Alex and Marc came and completed the job in a lil over an hour. Door is working great now and was very pleased with the overall experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were fortunate enough to meet the install team from Total Door today as they were working on another project. Chris and Cesar were great at showing details of their work on a cart similar to ours. Then Rudy joined and we were able to walk through specific points with our upcoming job.
The three of them provided exceptional customer service and their technical knowledge gave us great confidence.

Verified I'm glad I found Rudy and David of Total Door Service! They did a great job of helping out with a repair and made it a great experience.
We had issues with our commercial type door and Rudy picked up the phone immediately, and was able to have David come out on the same day - and this was after New Years Day.
David was able to quickly trouble-shot the issue and make the repair. He had to remove a large piece of glass from the door, take apart the door frame, fabricate a new metal part for the broken one, and put it all back together. Luckily he was able to do it all in the spot and within a couple of hours. He also did a quality job of cleaning up - cleaning the glass and wiping down the door frame. Impressive job!
Pricing for the work was very fair and they offer several payment options.
I would definitely recommend using them and would consider using them again if needed. They can work in all types of doors, locks, and handles. They can also work on gates, glass, and other items.

Verified Amazing company. We have a rolling fence/gate at my office that was broken. The door operator was old and it needed to be replaced. Not only was their price fair, they came back quickly to get the job completed, and they did it in a very timely fashion. They are super honest and will definitely be my go to source for repairs in the future. Extremely happy with their work and communication.

Verified What great service!! Our commercial doors were not closing properly, and Dave the owner showed up ready to fix them, all the right parts on hand without even seeing them prior. He and his partner were fast, clean, and thorough!!!
He will also be fixing a broken glass window and one of our warehouse roll up doors also. Can't thank him enough!!!

Verified My shop back door was not locking all of a sudden, and DAVID from Total Door Service came within an hour of my call for a free estimate, and repaired our commercial door on the spot. And it didn't cost an arm and a leg (maybe just a forearm). :) Amazing customer service!! Thank you, DAVID and Total Door Service!
